The swan on the back cover represents ISO 9000 "The Mother" The mother does a lot of work behind the scenes but this is not always recognised by others. The larger cygnet is ISO 9004 although quite small it will no doubt grow as more people become aware and take notice of it. The smallest ISO 19011 is the most vulnerable and may not stay part of the family for much longer. Is ISO 9001moving towards the others and going to recognise them?
